A PROMISE TO REJOICE ABOUT

This is the day the Lord hath made we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Our ability to turn this day into rejoicing is how we should view this day, our circumstances considering the providence of God. We got here this day not by our own strength or our own wisdom, but God made this day and whatever this day has dealt us. We must by Gods grace make the best of it. Some days we start out and the skies are dark and dreary other days are bright and sunny, but our peace and joy is not an outward circumstance. Our peace and joy is to come from within and our relationship with God. Based on Romans 8; 28 'And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose." Making good comes even out of a bad situation depends on our putting the situation into God's hands entirely. He will make good to come out of it.

If you go back and read the story of Joseph and his life. " His brothers moved by envy sold him into bondage, but God was with him. God delivered him out of his afflictions and gave him favor and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh the King of Egypt. Joseph was made governor over all Egypt and the entire Kings household. " Acts; 7, 9, 10.

We can rejoice because we are justified before our God and not condemned . We have peace and not trouble; we have access by faith into the grace of God.
